It's a full workout in one hour. Cardio and weights!
Really enjoy the high level of cardio. Easy to burn a lot of calories and I don’t have to come up with my own workout plan. Coaches are great at my studio as well.

The monitoring of heart rate and calories burned. Also enjoy the cardio and free weights mixture workouts.

Amazing vibes and energy from the Jazzy, great workout session and the associates were super friendly. I wasn’t local and I had a difficult time locating the gym (gps lead me to the opposite side of the block) I called and got the assistance I needed.
I love the workouts- I feel like it pushes me to be better. Not gonna lie they can be tough, but I always feel good after a workout.
Regardless of your fitness level or age all the workouts can be adjusted to what you are able to do. The coaches encourage and push you to do your best.

I love the structure of each class. Coaches are incredibly hands on. Corbin and Chandra have been instrumental in motivating me to go from a power walker to a jogger!! Both coaches continually give me modifications when needed and are always available for other members. I love their playlists and energy throughout class!
