I felt totally accepted. I usually feel out of place in the gym, due to my weight, age, and physical ailments. I didn't feel any of those affected me at my workout. Everyone was very friendly, the trainer was very energetic and helpful. He help me modify anything that I needed modified. I totally recommend this to anyone that needs guidance for a complete workout and needs modifications. No inhibitions for me...great place, great workout, great people..win,,,win,,,win,,,.....

My wife and I love all of your workouts, we haven’t been able to go lately because of our busy schedules, I’m a Police Chief and she’s currently enrolled in school and working full time. We are seriously thinking about terminating our membership because of your new policy regarding having children waiting in the lobby. I used to have my 2 boys wait in the lobby by themselves. They behave and sit down on the benches quietly.

A great forcing function to attend- If you sign up you go. Trainers are awesome and do a fantastic job of helping and assisting. I have worked out my whole life and will say that OT is a great experience.

I’m really out of shape! This program excites me and makes we want to push harder! Literally my whole body is soar! I’ve been to 2 classes and will continue to use my 8 sessions every month and exercise in between. I travel a lot, usually gone 2-3 weeks of every month. I know there are lots of lacations around the country, but while traveling on business it’s hard to get away for an hour with all the meetings/ lunches and dinners. However, I’m committed! Hotel gyms will have to suffice while in the road.
Love Orangetheory! The only thing about mueller is that the studio location is a bit humid, and the 3 group class always rotates the opposite direction from any other studio I’ve been to (i.e., mueller rotates treadmill to weight floor to rower, while any other studio I’ve been to rotates treadmill to rower to weight room) but that’s not an issue. Great workout!
Need to replace the mic. Marissa was difficult to hear and understand. Other than that. Top notch studio.
It's a HIIT!!! Literally, it is an amazing work out that pushes me to my Max. Love it, there can always be some improvement
I love that the workouts are data-driven and that the weight portion prioritizes more reps and less muscle groups over less reps and more muscle groups.
I love the workouts themselves, but even more so I love that I can modify to fit my current fitness level!
The staff was SO friendly. Big open studio not crammed but great energy.

Coaches are engaged in every member. They are fantástic at making you feel welcomed and encouraged. I thing both my husband and I have found a place where we are going to meet our fitness goals.

Great to see real-time results, instructor Chandler was very cool and seems to be able to read workout styles, without silly yelling in your face and dumb slogans! I felt I got a excellent workout that will get better when I get a better grasp of the he flow. I’m still a rookie so time will tell. Sign up was calm, nice, and informative with Mykala, who has the knowledge l. All good here!

Well, I have only done 2 classes, my 3rd is in 30 minutes. I do like that I get a full body workout with weights and cardio.!!
All coaches are knowledgeable and energetic. They have been personable and seem dedicated to providing great workouts. I also like their playlists which helps to get through the classes.

It pushes you to work hard but feel like you are not overdoing it. I love the motivational aspects and working multiple muscles.
