The coaches are wonderful! Studio is friendly welcoming place to get healthy and strong. Work at your own pace and ability even though workout is very challenging. Never get bored, as workout is different each time.

orange theory is as challenging as you make it. The group workouts and coach keep me motivated. The music keeps me pumped and I like that it combines both cardio and weights...otherwise I wouldn’t do any cardio hehe..I also appreciate the flexible scheduling and that I can workout almost anywhere. Energizing and uplifting!
It was tough but fun
The professionally organized workout routines combined with the ability to adjust your own pace within a reasonable range really make the workout feel effective and challenging, while also possible for any type of person. Also having coaches give helpful corrections and encouragement almost like having a personal trainer, and relieves a lot of my usual workout anxiety about form and over/under working myself.

Coach Chris is awesome. OTF has worked with me to reschedule classes when I get called into work as a 1st responder without charging me. Staff are always nice and helpful.
I love everything about OT. The coaches are awesome. They encourage me every step of the way. They push me to go another rep, or pick up a heavier weight. I love the staff at the South Austin location as well. Everyone is so friendly. They work to learn each of our names and get to know each of us as individuals. Not only that, but I love the workouts. I love that I don't know the workout before I get to the studio, otherwise I wouldn't ever go (HA!). I don't even notice that I've been there for an hour. Before OT my workouts would only last 30 minutes max. Now I crave going to class. I find myself feeling guilty if I don't go because I don't want to miss out on all the fun. Now I can't see myself ever wanting to stop. Thank you OT for everything!

I love that it’s a class led total body workout. The coaches do a great job motivating you to challenge yourself to work hard, lift those heavier weights, push yourself a bit more on the cardio...in other words bring your absolute best every time. Results are incredible.

This particular studio (San Marcos, Texas) is AMAZING customer service wise. We drive from South Austin and pass two different studios (Southpark Meadows, South Austin- literally 3 minutes from our house & Kyle) to go to the San Marcos studio because the service is so much better, the weight floor feels bigger and there are ceiling fans on the weight floor. There is a close knit family feel where the staff and coaches treat members like family and work to create the same environment among members. The first year that we were members, we went to the South Austin (Southpark) studio one to two times per week for convenience and every time we walked in the door, we felt like we were strangers off the street.
Tough but not impossible. Coach willing to give tips on how to improve.
