HIIT
Was perfect workout did not feel overwhelmed even though it was 90 minute workout since we switched stations ever 4.5 minutes. The time just flew by and I really enjoyed it.

I love the workouts and the coaches are great. I feel like I push myself harder than if I was in a class.
The only thing I would change is maybe some 80’s or 70’s music. I know I am old. Lol!

Very professional staff, took care of me while I was out of town...great workout....better equipment than the gym I frequent! Def will be back when I come and visit my family :)
I haven’t worked out in a very long time and I never once felt like I was unwanted in class or being made fun of. Everyone was very friendly and encouraging.

Coach Riley is energetic, attentive and loves to push each person in the class which makes the workout hard, but really fun! I haven't taken classes with any of the other coaches yet, but I love coming to this studio because I know I'll have a great time while getting a good workout in.
Covers a little bit of everything within the hour. Coaches keep you accountable & give you that extra little push when you start to doubt yourself.

I am able to modify it to where I am physically at right now. I am mid 50’s and overweight and have not exercised regularly in about 5 years.
I like that is a complete workout in one hour with cardio and weights.
Most of all, I like having the heart rate monitor which gives me feedback.
The Couches at San Marcos OTF are the best! I’ve been to OTF in Cranston RI and they were ok. I’m now in LA for a month... let’s see if the couches here can compare.
It’s fast paced and you get a lot of motivation from the coach and others near you.
It’s fun, always different, and keeps me pumped up. The coaches are super awesome at motivating me!
