Today was my 450th class! Since beginning OT several years ago, I've become stronger, faster, and more mentally tough. As a 40 year old, I love that every class is full of people from all different ages, abilities and backgrounds. It's a supportive environment with quality coaches who will encourage and push you while respecting your abilities and personal goals for each workout. I also LOVE that I can come in for an hour and just follow the coach's instructions.
That its different everyday but, I can still tailor it to if I am going all out or if I need a lighter day. I have seen positive changes in my body from attending OTF.

I love that the workout is instructed by caring, enthusiastic, encouraging and knowledgeable people! I don’t have to worry about making my own workout plan, I just follow the instructors and I’ve seen some great results. The facility is clean and the employees inclusive and warm! It’s like a little community.

I love the accountability aspect of how the classes are set up in terms of scheduling and the fact that you become acquainted with other members who encourage and support one another.
The instructor led group session structuring allows me to have a focused, efficient, and effective workout. As a nursing student, my time as well as my health are very valuable. As such, I accomplish more in an hour long OTF class than I would independently in several hours at my local gym.
I love how each class is different. The coaches in Nolensville are great. They are encouraging without being annoying. They push you to want more. I love it.
