I love how prompt, clean and energetic OTF is! Classes always start on time and the instructors are so upbeat and keep everyone going full force the entire class! The gym in Hilton head is incredibly clean too! Not only do the members wipe all used equipment down after it’s used but the staff deep clean after every class!
I am always looking for a good workout that’s quick and not focused too much on weights or cardio. I feel the OTF is the perfect blend of both. I love that you can see your progress as well through the heart rate monitoring.

I love Orange Theory! I have been a member for a little over a year now, and I have seen so much personal growth in every aspect of the exercises. I started out as a walker and quickly was able to build up my endurance and become a jogger. I’m lifting heavier weights and noticing I’m starting to recover from cardio a lot quicker. Everyone is so welcoming and excited to see you— I really love how enthusiastic the coaches in Downtown Greenville are about getting to know their members and celebrate their accomplishments! But I think the most important part about OTF is that it is self paced. No matter where you are in your physical journey, Orange Theory is going to be a great work out— and it’s unique every day! I don’t get tired or weary of going to class, I’m always excited to go and I think that says a lot because it’s definitely a hard work out!
