I like the variety, that it is 1 hour and done, most of the coaches are excellent and make an effort to correct your form if you aren't doing it correctly.

What do you like about our workout?

I joined for health reasons was in constant pain of neck and arm. Since joining Orangetheory the pain has subsided. I feel better.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the structure, the way the coaches tell you exactly what you should be doing..whether it be on the treadmill/ rower or floor, they guide you gently and with a lot of positivity. I love that it is a full hour with stretching afterward. I love the music that seems to always be the exact tempo needed. Everyone there is just trying to better themselves, not compete against each other, but having someone next to me always pushes me to keep going.

What do you like about our workout?

I like Orangetheory because it’s more than just to work out it’s a community. I like that every time I show up to a class everybody knows me by my first name and every time I go there I’m encouraged and motivated for better results and consistent success. I’ve done a bunch of other class workouts and orange theory was the first one that actually made me feel like if I missed a class I would be upset with myself. Oh, and it doesn’t hurt that I’m also down 32 pounds in 3 1/2 months since joining. : )

My only regret is that I didn’t sign up sooner.

Everything. I can’t believe how much I love it. And I’m not young. I hold my own, get an amazing workout, feel a sense of community that has been so lacking these last few years, the staff is great, I can workout wherever I am. It’s just the best. I’m so glad I tried it.

I joined OTF in March to get ready for my wedding in October. I was able to lose 23 pounds and accomplish all my goals I had for my wedding. The workouts, coaches and atmosphere at orange theory is what motivates me to continue to reach all my goals. Thank you to all the OTF coaches at nisky!
