Instructor too loud at times
Putting up results before class has actually ended - still stretching to do. I would like to see my heart rate go down and too often, results are already posted.

The coaches are fantastic! I do in person and virtual live classes and both are great workouts. The encouragement gives you confidence even on days when you aren't 100 percent up to it. I love the accountability aspect of Orange Theory Fitness. It's so nice to be greeted with a smile from the moment you walk in the front door. I have learned to really enjoy rowing and power walking. One of my favorites is the Lift 45 class. I had only taken 2 yoga classes at a gym years ago. I now look forward to a weekly virtual live yoga class. No matter how old you are or what physical shape you are in the coaches can modify any exercise to meet your needs. Orange Theory is great for both your mind and body!
The scheduled workouts, coaching, and effectiveness of the workouts for overall wellness. The coaches and staff are awesome at my primary location which is a major plus and the main reason I would recommend that studio (Clay/Syracuse, NY)

It's challenging and has a lot of variety across workouts on all of the equipment. Coaches offer guidance to improve form and options for dealing with injuries. Cancellation fees encourage me to keep my commitments. The data and coach encouragement pushes me to work harder than I would on my own.

I appreciate the early 5am classes. The workouts are always different and they last one hour. I can already see a difference in 8 weeks! I am hooked and tell everyone how much I love it!
No thought needed. Show up and get the best, most effective workout. Coaches are great!
As a person who sits at a computer for sometimes 12-hrs a day, I know my body needs the all over strength, endurance, and cardio training that OTF offers. I’m also short on time so, for me, it’s effective and efficient. At a regular gym I would waste time figuring out which exercises to do when and which days. OTF takes care of that for me so I’m in and out in an hour. It feels great to know I am taking care of my current and future self by keeping my body healthy and challenged!
