The orangetheory workouts are the whole package - I’ve never felt better in my life. The workouts move through different exercises quickly so there is no chance to get boated and you work every muscle while getting a great sweat on. On top of that, the w92nd community is the best - coaches are empowering, supportive, inclusive and knowledgeable and the front desk team is kind and welcoming. There’s no better place to workout!

I also appreciate the Lift only classes as the tread can wipe your legs when doing consecutive classes over a period of days.
Please fix the water dispensers. There seems to always be an issue with them. Especially with the pressure or water temperature. This is basic!
Coach Nick, Melissa, and Zach are my faves, but also, I like the rotation workouts because my body is getting stronger and trimmer.

It's individualized based on heart rate. So you can be sure you're getting the right workout for you. Plus the community is so supportive and the coaches are great!
I like that i don’t have to figure out what to do when I come in. I like that OTF offers whole body workouts and focus on certain areas on other days
I feel motivated so far! And have struggled with motivation for years.
It's always something new! I never know what to expect with the floor exercises. The coaches are encouraging, fun and very knowledgable. I also enjoy the different themed workouts (ex. Boy Band, Brittney inspired, etc.)
