Only complaints are that the studio should discourage individuals from wearing fragrance to work out, and should not be dripped on in studio when it’s raining. Also, “rowcovery” should not be a thing.
I've been doing OTF for about a year now and I love it! It's such a great workout and I always feel like I left everything on the floor. I also just want to give a shoutout to Luke at the Canton Studio. He's always incredibly friendly, and makes an effort to say hi to everyone and learn their names.
I like this cardio and strength training both together and every class changes it up.

That each workout is ran by a educated, respectable coach. I like that it takes the thinking out of it for me.
It was structured and well instructed. The instructor was very encouraging and helped correct mistakes that I was making, to help improve my workout.

It kicks my butt into shape with various different HIIT workouts. I have not worked out as hard, as long and as consistent in years since I have starting here! (Probably because I need to get my money's worth lol)

Workouts are only an hour long, coached, and give you the ability to push yourself or take things slow. I also love the variety; I’ve never done the same workout twice in the few months I’ve been here.
I also feel like the coaches care about your progress. Even if you’re like me and you’re only at the gym once, maybe twice a week, they notice your efforts and encourage you when they see you running faster or grabbing a heavier weight.
Coaching and a varied all body workout
It's effective: down a size in 3 months. It always changes, someone tells me what to do (I don't have to think) and it's only an hour. The perfect workout scenario in my opinion. I have been working out for years and this is by far the best!

I like orange theory because it is dynamics. Also we can check our performance during the classes, so we know when we need to intensify or reduce our workout.
