The workout was intense! I loved it!!!
I have been working out at OTF for last 5 years. It is a comprehensive, well planned, fast moving, enjoyable coached workout. All I have to do is focus to get the most out of it. Coaches, video demonstration and instructions help achieve the most on a given day. Instructions are clear, coaches are excellent at time management helping to keep up intensity. At the start of each class coach gives a run down for the workout and focus for given class. Focus is reiterated as needed. Studio is clean. Desk staff is helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

I loved the welcoming environment from the staff and current clients. I felt welcomed and everything was fully explained. I definitely need more experience in the gym environment and weight lifting but overall this was a comfortable experience.
Coach Micah was awesome. It was my first class. I felt welcomed and felt like he was truly paying attention to my technique. Tess is awesome and called to check on me next day.
Mo is great! He's so upbeat..I love his music...he listens to me and is easygoing. I refuse to do Jeri's class anymore as she is too rigid and has a caustic approach... customer service, Jeri.

The instructors are friendly and explain the different workouts clearly. They walk around and help individuals who need it. The classes change each day. There are incentives to work towards which increase your strength and stamina. It is a nice one hour workout.
The workouts are fantastic. Each day is completely different, so it never gets boring. The coaches are terrific and really make an effort to get to know OTF members. They are motivating and knowledgeable. Lastly, the facility is immaculate... always clean and team members are super-friendly. I never thought I'd find myself doing HIIT at my age, but I love OTF.
Everyone is extremely friendly and the workouts are the best.

Orange theory is so motivating, it truly makes me want to become the best version of myself! The coaches are so engaging and encouraging of my individual progress. It’s a full body workout and is different every time I go in. I know I’ll always leave stronger than I was when I walked in!
Everything is structured. I can come in knowing I’ll get a complete workout. Just follow instructions.
I love that the workouts are totally structured. You don't have to waste time figuring out your own plan or wait around for equipment to be available, you just listen to the coach and get to work. The environment is also super welcoming and motivating. I receive encouragement not just from coaches and staff, but other members who are just there to try to be a little bit better than the day before.
Worth spending each minute there :)
The energy and accountability!!
Everything! It’s a highly motivating workout, with awesome coaches that help us along. I really like that no workout is ever the same. That’s what made me quit many times before. I like that these workouts are always working different muscle groups (some I didn’t even know I had!). I am able to keep my weight down.

It’s always challenging and the coaching is great.
It has been difficult for me to remain consistent in my workout routine. That was due to either lack of motivation or I did not have someone to stay accountable to.
Since I joined, I have been looking forwards to every next session. The vibe is fantastic, and the coaches are so energetic that even when I am tired, I can still go for the 45 sec all-out!!!
On top of it, they always have challenges going just in a way to keep you engaged and consistent with the attainment of your fitness goal.
It is worth the investment, trust me. At least it is for me.
