That is an intense hour, full body workout that is different every day! Your body and mind do. It get bored. Always fun, positive and upbeat staff make it even better!! I have qualified and run Boston and have won my age group for a half iron man but am undoubtedly in the best shape of my 52 years!
Love everything! Just wish the floor had more of an ab focused circuit incorporated. Or maybe even the rower too
Great workout that you hate while doing it but feel great after. Trainers are really good. They will call you out if you are specking off. (If you can take it if course).
Love the variety of workout as they are different everyday. The coaches are amazing and really (along with the music) keep the classes super fun. I feel like I have the best workout EVERY time I finish a class! Thank you OTF!

I LOVE the trainers Alec, Katie, and Brittany. Everyone who works at OTF royal oak are so friendly and welcoming. I also LOVE the music the trainers pick to keep everyone motivated.
The workout itself is motivational, always changing, and is of course “challenging but doable”. Coaches like Allec and SAs like Anthony are excellent at what they do! They really get to know members, creating community in a year where it’s hard to feel connected to others because were all hidden behind screens and masks. I selected 9 only because it’s not always in everyone’s price range and is the biggest hurdle when sharing with others.
I love the motivation from the coaches, the fact that no two workouts are the same, and the overall positive energy of the OTF community!

The coaches, the fellow members, and the community. Regarding the workout specifically, I enjoy the fact that I come into the studio and do not have to create my own workout.
Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) has helped me find a passion for exercise & working out. I have never been able to commit to working out because I don't hold myself accountable when it comes to showing up and then putting in the work. OTF has not only helped me to learn accountability to create a healthy lifestyle, but it has made exercising fun! I have now been a member for over a full year and have kept a consistent schedule with showing up and working out 3-4 times a week.
Another plus of going to OTF is the lack of prep work I have to do. By not having to create my own workout routine (or playlist for that matter) I am able to take that extra energy and put in the most to my workout that I possibly can. I have never left an OTF gym without being drenched in sweat as well as feeling my success in my sore muscles the next morning.
Finally, OTF has helped create a new social network for myself. One where you can become friends with people you may never have spoken with in a normal gym setting. The social media support and the benchmarks are an added plus when keeping up on updates as well as seeing how much stronger (or faster) you've become.
Overall, I recommend OTF to all my friends & family and plan to stay with the gym for a long time to come.
