I love that I don't have to think about what to do when I work out because it has already been planned for me! I also love the intensity variations as it keeps the workouts challenging. And, the coaches are all pretty awesome too!

What do you like about our workout?

Fun, fast, ever changing and challenging workout. I forget to look at the clock and before I know it the hour is up and I feel powerful!

Short workouts that change and coaches that motivate and let you know the workout is almost through as well as telling you how your body and mind is changing as you are pushing yourself.. Also, the constant changes keep you interested and the mind can’t drift.

What do you like about our workout?

I looooooooooove Eryn & Nikki. They’re motivating & supportive. The gym is usually clean the bathrooms are well kept. I do wish the enforcement of no outside shoes was more enforced - they’re are a lot of people who don’t respect that & that’s gross. Otherwise I’m a HUGE fan. And am probably going to go unlimited... two classes a week isn’t enough.

What do you like about our workout?

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Orangetheory. Two years in and this is the first workout routine that I have stuck to for more than 6 months! OTF pushes me to do things that I was not previously able to do. Having never been much of a runner (previously never did better than about a 10 min. mile), I hit a mile benchmark of just over 8:00 minutes and, having never been on a rower before, hit a 7:27 2,000 meter row! To top it all off I feel healthier and more comfortable in my body. I recommend OTF to anyone that will listen.

What do you like about our workout?

I love OTF! The workouts are fun and challenging. There’s no time to get bored. The music motivates me and I love the energy of the group while focusing individually on my goals. In the hectic life of a lawyer with two kids who commutes to work by train every morning the 5 AM classes are the perfect time for me to get my workout in and start my day energized.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that there is variety to the work outs, always something new. I appreciate that there are always modifications to exercises and treadmill work. The coaches are all helpful and very knowledgeable. Studio is clean and comfortable. Sound tracks of music get you energetic and willing to push yourself.

Always moving, always a new workout, or movement for myself, I really enjoy the coaches, the support. Natalie always goes over in detail the floor excerises as alot I have never done and she is amazing. Always postive and pushes you when you need it. Along with the other coaches, The support is always positive.

Seeing the progress that I’m making in lifting, running and rowing. My overall cardiovascular health is improving. The classes and coaches keep me motivated and push me to do better each time.
