I have been a member before covid and then rejoined last March. This has been a very positive experience for me . I have always liked group exercise and OTF offers variety and great workouts! Emile and Steve are my two favorites! I am probably one of the slowest in the group but I am probably the oldest too!
OTF is a bit expensive but your health is worth it!

Is it ok to say everything?! The orange theory workout template is honestly the perfect blend of cardio, strength, and body-weight training with motivational and personable coaches who only want to see you grow stronger. As someone who recently returned after having a baby, I love that the class allows you to go at your own pace without feeling like you are sacrificing a good workout. I only wish there was a studio a little close to home!
Always a great workout! Feel amazing after. It’s fun to see how much growth is made by tracking challenges on the app.

I like that there's a new variety every day. I absolutely love coaches. And I love the option for all the times. I sometimes just wish the music was a little softer.

I love that the instructors are so encouraging and engaging. I love that the workouts are different everyday and the music is great. It's a very motivating place to be and pushes me to do my absolute best.
I like that they are an hour or occasionally 90 minutes with coaches that are super positive and encouraging to help you maximize you workout effort. The workout diversity keeps it fresh and going 4-5 times a week for me helps work strength and cardio. The workouts accommodate people from their 20s to 60s.
The ability to schedule easily is a big help. The support staff always make you feel welcomed and accommodate any questions. The owner is very engaged and connected to the members.
It's different all the time! It's always a challenge. The coaches are great! I always feel great about myself when I leave there.
I love it all- the instructors, the work outs, the intensity... The instructors are motivating without being obnoxious. I don't like fitness classes where the instructors yell at you. I go for the physical challenge and zone out. I feel so good after I leave! It's my drug for sure. Thank you!
One thing I wanted to bring up which only happened once was when 2 women were yelling and cheering the entire time. It was annoying and even the woman next to me (who is an instructor in Dedham) said it was inappropriate and if it had been her class, she would have asked them to stop.
OTF checks so many boxes for me. The motivational coaching pushes me out of my comfort zone and carries over into other aspects of my life. The technical coaching has been extremely helpful. And I enjoy the family feel of the community, including the instructors, friendly staff, and the fun OTF Medfield member community.
The clear instructions on the workout, the accountability of the class booking system, the sense of community from the coaches, staff and other members and the splat points (an easy way to gauge the cardio effort I put in on a particular workout).
I love orangetheory because there is always a new set of goals to achieve. This keeps me motivated to keep showing up, to finish the workout with my best effort and to besting my previous efforts. You can do anything for short bursts of time and you aren’t going to die from being uncomfortable for a few minutes but you will get stronger, faster, and more capable! I love the encouragement from the coaches and that they are always offering advice to get the most out of the workout.
Accountability; a coach who pushes me to try harder, I would not do that on my own
