60 mins of effort
I’ve been working out for my whole lifetime. There is nothing that compares to this workout. It’s a combination of cardio and strengh that is very balanced. There is no pressure to keep up. Set your pace and try to keep moving. I’ve been coming to OTF for eight years. No slowing down.
The coaches are AMAZING
the mix of exercising. My favorite part is the running. I would like to see more abs in class though and some treadmill or outdoor running workouts I can do when I'm on vacation, not near an orangetheory!
My body works hard and my mind doesn’t get in the way. I burn a lot of calories and feel amazing about my effort when I leave. Every workout is different and I can choose my level of effort and still feel successful.
Its packed with amazing cardio and strength in a 1 hour workout with lots of variety!

Brighton's coaches are all very upbeat and helpful without being annoying like many other group fitness classes. They're always concerned about good form which is important, and they support your fitness journey without judgment. They all seem knowledgeable about the exercises, and are very friendly, which is a winning combination.
9/10 because I still believe the classes are overpriced (though I'm fine paying it in the hopes that our great coaches are getting paid fairly)

EVERYTHING! There isn’t anything I don’t like even if I can’t do it at the time, I know OTF will get me there so I can. It is a total body workout and definitely gets you going.
