I like that it’s different every day. I never know what type of workout I’m walking into when I arrive.
High energy, total body
I like the interval training. I like how you can start at your own pace and then as you get in better shape you can continue to push yourself harder- so you don’t have to go so hard in the beginning that you are too sore to workout for a week-
Trainers are great and push you only only as much as you need-
I needed to work out my cardio and lower body since I have only been doing weights for the past 15 years with very little Cardio- i am only on my second class but I believe this is what I need and will give me that total body workout- my only criticism is that I don’t think the workout monitors are accurate for me at age 57 and being in good shape , it shows that I am burning high fat and I go into the red zone very fast and I am not even breathing heavy- so it seems that it is set for the average 57 year old and doesn’t measure based on each persons actual condition - when I asked the trainer, she said it was something they were aware of and it’s becuse it is based on broad base average of men at my age- so since I am in very good shape it puts me into a false category too fast- not sure how to improve this but that is a very important aspect to know what I am actually burning and how to know my specific cardio situation
It constantly changes
Fun, directed, different every day, scheduled, motivating and easy to feel results.
I like that people switch off on the stations and are giving instructions on how to handle the workout. Everyone was also super nice and helpful!
Makes me push myself more
I like wearing the heart rate monitor! It keeps me accountable for myself. Also, I like the group setting because I’m a competitor and I like to be the best!
I love the trainer Alden. I love is music selection, it keeps me amped. I love that every day the workout is different. Being someone that thinks the treadmill is extremely boring, the workouts add some excitement to the treadmill exercises and involves high intensity at the same time.
Everything, the instruction, the energy, the workout! and of course the people!

I really like that each person can modify their workout to how they’re feeling that day. I know people who have been going for over a year who feel that they are still able to challenge themselves.

That it’s over in an hour and you get a whole body workout in,
Variety of training styles and nice equipment. The monitors showed my progress as well as how to perform moves with free weights when I needed a reminder.
I like being given clear instructions on what to do in the workouts. I like the variety of exercises that are offered. They are always challenging and I feel like I always a huge benefit after every workout. The trainers/coaches are very supportive and will take the time to address your concerns. The whole entire OT staff is very personable. They make you feel very comfortable to come exercise at the OT facility. I also like how the OT team has fun activities/get-togethers outside of the regular programs at the OT facility.

I enjoyed the pace and the positive energy of the people.
It is like sharing a personal trainer with several other people so that you are getting a full body workout.

Coach guidance...
You all were concerned about my health and set goals for me that were obtainable. You made me feel as if I completed the whole 90 minute class. I left feeling accomplished and not like a failure.
