great space - clean and vibrant but not distracting. loved the coach's energy and attention. loved that they told me to honor my body. i am dealing with an injury and they didn't make me feel pressured to over-do, in fact, they honored my body listening.
It constantly changes so it never gets boring. Also the coaches push us and this results in a much better end result. I am in the best shape of my life and it is due to OTF.

My home studio is In Palm Harbor Florida but have family in Jax. Had a great workout with Martin and will go back when I am in town again.

There is not a better 60 minute workout anywhere. OTF is truly a place to transform yourself into great shape. I’ve only been a member for 6 months. I’ve lost 40 lb’s. I’m aiming to be in the best combined physical, cardiovascular, and mental health of my life. I will get there with OTF!

You will be worked out harder than you can work yourself out. The workout is different every day.
This is the second class I've taken with Bryant, as the Southside location is not my primary location. His enthusiasm is motivating and I can tell he's engaged and wants to help people achieve their goals.
