What do you like about our workout?

The workouts change each day, so it’s hard to get bored. Also, the Coaches genuinely care about the goals you’re trying to reach - and any limitations that you have. I feel “pushed,” but not bullied. I truly believe that they want us to succeed and be better.

It's a group workout but feels individualized at the same time. The coaches are great. It's the one and only workout I have ever loved going back to every day. It has changed my life.

I like every aspect of it. Ive been to many gyms and tried many fitness programs. But this is by far my favorite. In fact i find myself looking forward to the next class.

What do you like about our workout?

I knew since my first workout here I would be addicted. I compete with myself every workout and want to be my best self. I think the variety is what I like the best. I don't feel bored with the workout or used to the same thing every day.

Never the same workout twice. All over body workout. Includes a balance of cardio along with strength training. Coaches are friendly and motivated.

What do you like about our workout?

One thing about me is that for years I have always enjoyed exercising, but for some reason I never liked running. However, joining orange theory have made me embrace running, so now I have developed a special liking for running on the treadmill. I exercise with orange theory just to tone and to stay fit. Orange theory have met my expectations towards achieving my goals. I really like the atmosphere at orange theory, it's always warm and friendly and they provide an excellent workout package. Orange theory provides a variety of fun and energetic workout classes in groups with personal trainers which is very motivating. The entire staff and instructors are very helpful and always there to assist each individual in reaching their fitness goals.They have workout routines suitable for all fitness levels and is so flexibly designed for everyone to achieve at their own pace.

What do you like about our workout?

I love this studio! It's convenient to my house and even though the space is limited, it doesn't feel crowded like some of the others I've visited. Chelsy and Nick are my favorites because I respond well to their style of coaching and endorsement. The only real drawback (and the only hesitation I would have to recommending this location to others) is the classes are generally booked with waitlists, but that just shows how much this location was needed.

Coach Chan was very encouraging and got along with everyone in the class. We were visiting from CA so he came up to us to make sure everything was OK.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the 3 step approach—tred, rowing, floor—and base, push, all out. I like not knowing what workout is coming my way until I’m in the gym. I also like that I can see my progress on the screen.
