I like that there seems to be more rowing per class. It is one of the main reasons I signed on to OTF. Other great workout features are the changing weights - focusing on different body areas. Appreciate the option of bike over treadmill.

They all are different , they cover all body types of exercise and the coaches are great , friendly and most importantly the come to you not only to ask how are you doing but to correct your position during the exercise if your doing it wrongly , they cheer you up all the time and the atmosphere is incredible

I love the staff and coaches! They make you feel welcome and are always encouraging. The workouts are really challenging and always different!
I like the constant change and variety. However, I would prefer class to be a few minutes shorter to allow for a longer stretch at the end of each class-a 3 minute stretch is too quick.

The structure of it
It is high intensity and catered to everyone’s ability. I like how it is an all body workout that includes cardio as one of the main focus points.
2 years in and I can honestly say I'm addicted to Orangetheory!! I'll turn 62 next month and I feel better than ever! Love the fast pace and variety of classes. Coaches are so helpful and know how to keep me motivated. I share my experiences and love of orangetheory everywhere I go!! 💪💪💗

Always a different workout, coaches very motivated and motivating, extremely helpful and considerate (will give you a different exercise if you have orthopedic issues), knowledgeable and overall just very nice and friendly people!

It’s different every-time there’s no way you get stuck in a routines.
The coaches push you & hold you accountable, which is great. If you don’t have classes booked you’ll definitely get a phone call checking in.
Variety, every class is different. Challenge and how quickly my fitness has improved. The instructors correct my form so that I get maximum benefit from each exercise.
