What do you like about our workout?

OT has changed my life, especially my mindset, the weight and muscles are just an added bonus. I’m much more patient and kind and especially less angry after working out. That’s a good thing! I love the coaches and the sales staff, they are friendly and inviting. The members are friends, we cheer each other on and notice when someone hasn’t been in class. It’s a family-like feel. I love going.

First, I like the coaches a lot, I think they do a fantastic job, they are friendly and give you options, I highly recommend OTF to friends & family!

I love Ot. One point of feedback is that I wish there were more ab and core exercises. I feel like legs and arms get most of the attention.

I absolutely love the variety within a workout and from workout to workout. The duration of each station makes me feel capable of succeeding and I appreciate coach input, feedback as well as their encouragement.

Love the variety in workouts and the coaches. The front desk staff is friendly. The facility is always clean. Great place for a 60-min workout.

What do you like about our workout?

It motivates me to go to the gym and compete against myself and improve. The coaches appear to enjoy themselves while getting us pumped to do exercises we might not always look forward to doing. I love that each day is a different workout, although my favorite days still remain the power days.

Hi! I love Orangetheory, especially Milford. The staff is super friendly and always greets you with a smile. The coaches are very positive and motivating. I love the fact that my workout is already planned out for me. After a long day at work, I don't want to think about a workout plan. I leave there feeling mentally strong. The people who attend classes are also very nice and friendly. If you haven't tried a class yet, please do!

OTF has the best 1 hour workout on the planet and no two workouts are the same!
A great workout without having to wait for equipment to free up like a traditional gym.
Group led high intensity fitness for a healthier you fits into all endurance levels and all body compositions.
Highly recommend giving this studio a try.
