Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Like the pacing of the workout. It works for all sizes and shapes. I have a chronic illness and am a me to do the workout. Get and use adjustments for some exercises real easily.

You’re only competing against yourself AND the fun tech stuff makes it like a game that keeps your engaged for the hour. The time goes by so fast in class! It feels like I’m cheating at “working out”
I love how each class is different and addresses a full body range of motions plus there is a coach to guide you and answer questions. I love how they make it challenging enough so I can grow in my fitness journey.

It was a consistent excellent OTF workout
MOst of all I like the results. Since I started OTF I lost about 25 pounds without dietary restrictions. I feel like I am in the best shape of my life. I also like that the workout is never the same. This keeps it interesting. Also the quality of the coaches is great. They are all so positive which helps motivate me and there is a consistency between coaches. They are obviously well trained and enjoy what they do. All in all it makes for a fabulous workout.

The workout is different enough every time that I never get bored but consistent enough that I’m confident I can do the work. I have gained so much strength back that I feel 100 years younger!

OTF is a complete workout. Strength, Power and Endurance day workouts are designed by fitness experts to help you improve your cardiovascular and muscular systems. And no matter what fitness level you are starting at- you can do it. And the more you do it and push yourself- the stronger you get!
The coaches are professional and inspiring! And best of all- I am able to workout out at an OTF studio when I am away from my home studio.
