What do you like about our workout?

OTF is a complete workout. Strength, Power and Endurance day workouts are designed by fitness experts to help you improve your cardiovascular and muscular systems. And no matter what fitness level you are starting at- you can do it. And the more you do it and push yourself- the stronger you get!
The coaches are professional and inspiring! And best of all- I am able to workout out at an OTF studio when I am away from my home studio.

What do you like about our workout?

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Like the pacing of the workout. It works for all sizes and shapes. I have a chronic illness and am a me to do the workout. Get and use adjustments for some exercises real easily.

I love how the workout pushes me and it’s different every time. The coaches are high energy and remember your name. My husband joined now as well because after one class he realized he wasn’t pushing himself going to a gym on his own.

Everyday is different. OTF does not give your body a chance to plateau due the constant change up of workouts, and to have a coach monitoring how your performing and encouraging you to give more when you can only helps you reach the goals you have set for yourself.

You’re only competing against yourself AND the fun tech stuff makes it like a game that keeps your engaged for the hour. The time goes by so fast in class! It feels like I’m cheating at “working out”

What do you like about our workout?

I love how each class is different and addresses a full body range of motions plus there is a coach to guide you and answer questions. I love how they make it challenging enough so I can grow in my fitness journey.

What do you like about our workout?

MOst of all I like the results. Since I started OTF I lost about 25 pounds without dietary restrictions. I feel like I am in the best shape of my life. I also like that the workout is never the same. This keeps it interesting. Also the quality of the coaches is great. They are all so positive which helps motivate me and there is a consistency between coaches. They are obviously well trained and enjoy what they do. All in all it makes for a fabulous workout.

I love that I don't have to think about what I'm going to do that day, the coaches lead me through it. I also feel such a strong sense of community and support every time I enter the studio.

The coaches are all awesome, they are consistent and very friendly.
I would like to add that the Chino Hills location is by far the cleanest

What do you like about our workout?

The workout is different enough every time that I never get bored but consistent enough that I’m confident I can do the work. I have gained so much strength back that I feel 100 years younger!

Very encouraging, full body workout, modified exercises if needed, the only “gym” I have stuck with in over 40 years!!
