I love working out at orange theory.
It's been about 4 months since i joined and people can see the changes in my body (for better ✌️💪). All the coaches are so motivating especially Ethan and Bri!!! Equipments are up to date, clean facility, and friendly staff and approachable personable coaches!!! I get lazy but I do my best to show up to work out and at the end, I feel so great and proud that I showed up!
I like that I don’t have to think. I just show up and do what the coach tells me to.
Variety & focus on the total body workout.
I love and appreciate that, regardless of your fitness level you can conquer your work out. If you jog run or power walk, if you use 5 pound weights up to 70 pound weights your workout is your workout and your coach always supports you with modifications if needed. It’s a safe place to get a great workout in, listen to good Music and be with great people. I have found my happy place!!
I like how it's different everyday and that it is a whole body workout.
Best gym/workout facility hand down from all the others I've joined. Solid hour workout - no talking and I'm out to continue my day!!!
It's always changing, you never know what's in store for you. It's also challenging and keeps you at your best.
I love the group class environment. The motivation, the sweating, the way it makes feel so good after you leave. I enjoy the mix of weights and cardio. The awesome coaches and staff also make it very special!

It’s never the same workout and it’s modifiable to my needs.
I like everything about the orange theory studio in Camarillo, except the volume levels of the music and the coach.
The workouts at the LCF location are great and the Coaches are even better. My one complaint would be my OTF watch. It reset at the beginning of 2023 and had me at a max heart rate of 207! Since then, I've barely been able to get a splat. Every 20 workouts, it resets again but still has me at an impossible max heart rate of 198. I don't think I've ever reached this heart rate. It's discouraging to work so hard and no get even one splat.
Orange theory is a game changer! It has helped me so much to reach goals, and give this tired mama the energy I need and boost as well through out the day! I recommend everyone and anyone to join this awesome gym where they treat you like family!

It’s an active and enjoyable workout that can be done with any level of fitness and can show rapid improvement in stamina and strength.
I like how the workouts are structured. I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do. You get a total body workout cardio, and weights in one hour. The coaches are super helpful and encouraging. I also like the various challenges that you could sign up for. I have seen an improvement in my speed and endurance.

I love everything about OTF. I love the cardio, strength and resistance training. I love that it’s a different workout every day. I love the coaches and the music is off the hook! An hour workout goes by so fast and you leave feeling like a million bucks! Perfect way to start one’s day! I’m hooked!
