I like the fact that I am forced to schedule my visit and it motivates me to make sure I visit the gym and added to it is the help from the coach throughout the program. The variety of activities that need to be completed during the hour makes it interesting and takes care of several parts of your body in terms of strengthening, flexibility etc.

It pushes me to do better and work hard. I ALWAYS feel amazing after. I was off for a year (covid restrictions) and finally came back and it was the best second decision I’ve ever made (first best decision was signing up for it).

It just felt good to get back in the gym again. It was just as good as when I left in March 2020 because of Covid.
Workout variations and coaches
I love this place! I have been trying to lead a healthier lifestyle but always lacked motivation. It felt impossible and I was clueless on how to start my health journey. Thankfully, I was recommended by a friend, and was amazed at the environment. I love that these coaches are super invested in the workouts and they push you to be better!
It’s only one hour
That it is fast and I don't have to think about what I have to do next. I also like how the coaches have us challenge ourselves. Also that it is nice to see how many calories I can burn in one hour.
Working out to music, different workouts, motivating coaches, cheerful front desk.
Instructor was clear and helpful. All staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Workout was great. Clean facility.

I love how motivating and friendly the instructors are. Plus, great music is always playing! Great atmosphere to get a good workout in.
There is absolutely no judgement and the coaches are always willing to help.
I like that it’s a group setting that I can still chill by myself in. I also like your station system so that there’s no confusion or having to interact with others. And I like that I can either be pushed to go further with the group instructor or I can kind of tune them out when I know I need to slow it down a bit.

I enjoy the structure, and how challenging it is. I would not know how to push myself this hard at a "regular" gym. I also appreciate when the coaches correct your form to ensure proper mechanics.
OTF has excellent Coach, I had taken classes from different Coach. Every one is excellent. The way they encourage the trainees is amazing. I am trying my best to go atleast 5 days in a week but the way the class is designed makes you tired in hour and recovery takes atleast one day i am able to make 3-4 classes in a week. The workouts are designed very well and makes the trainees to get the energy out what they have.
The energy of the staff and the feeling after class. The workout changes and challenges different parts of my body. I can feel myself getting stronger each week.

It’s an overall great workout. And you have choices and times of classes. The staff is friendly and motivating.
I am on week 4 of OTF and I can already see results. I love the science behind the heartrate monitor and using that as your guide. The teachers are ALL great, each a little different. The front desk are friendly and welcoming. It is a very comfortable environment for a killer workout! 💪🏻

They really push you and they are happy energetic nice people ....and I like how you are not working by yourself you workout as a group which is cool....keep up the good and hard work...#uh_huh
