I love that you can push yourself at your own pace. I also love that you are coached exactly what to do for the entire workout with a demo and videos so I never have to worry about getting ‘lost’ during a workout.

I was quite intimidated to join a gym, as my fitness level was not where I wanted it to be. However, at Orange Theory, I feel very welcome and the staff is encouraging, helpful and kind. The workouts are always varying and each time I feel challenged. For the first time in a long time, I am noticing positive changes in my physical and mental well-being.

A améliorer - le staff est super gentil mais pas très attention...ie, ne dit pas bonjour, au revoir - on doit vraiment attirer leur attention pour leur parler même quand il n'y a personne à leur bureau...peut-être rajouter des classes car elles sont souvent pleines si on ne book pas 1 mois à l'avance :)
I enjoy going to OTF because of the relationship with the trainers. Susan’s a great example as she is highly engaged in the class, provides positive reinforcement and plays upbeat music. This is precisely what turns a regular class to something where you are driven and motivated to attend every class.
I love that I just need to commit to the class, I have no idea what the workout is going to be just that it will be good and I don’t have to think about it! I’m newer and really enjoy it!

Great, balanced workouts! Coaches are awesome and always feel like the hour spent is totally worth it. Helpful, friendly desk staff too. Top-notch equipment and clean facility. Only downside if that the space (especially the waiting area) is a bit small.

Excellent program with excellent coaches and the program has flexibility in scheduling workouts that align with work and personal commitments.
I enjoy the intervals on the treadmills. I always get a good cardio workout at Orange and I always leave sweaty.
