I love the non-judging support from the coaches and from the other members during a workout. It's such an inclusive welcoming place. I especially like how the coaches come around and give advice and corrections on form because it's really important to me to be able to do all the exercises correctly.

Entraînements diversifiés ,complets et intensifs. Aucune perte de temps: une heure bien remplie nous permettant de développer autant le volet cardiovasculaire que celui d’exercices spécifiques pour l’amélioration de la musculature.
Disponibilités des différentes stations sans délais ( tapis roulant, rameurs et station d’exercices ) durant l’entraînement ce qui maximise pleinement chaque minutes de ce dernier.
Équipe de coachs et de préposés compétente ,disponible et attentionné. Support d’équipement électronique permettant de mesurer la dépense énergétique durant l’activité jumelé à d’autres informations tels que rythme cardiaque, distance parcourue etc.

It’s quite brilliant how it’s been set up. It’s like hiring a personal trainer for much less. I hired a trainer a few years ago and was 400 a month and not near as good as this. It gets addicting!

It's one of the best work outs that I have ever had....the best move I did was to finally join Orangetheory! The hour goes by so fast, and the workouts are always different - love it! I was so out of shape when I joined, but am now seeing the results. Can't say enough good things about the entire experience!
I LOVE everything about orange theory! It’s the first time I’ve ever been excited about the gym ! I’ve already recommended at least 10 friends ; and they also are showing a lot of interest :)
