I love that the workouts are energizing, and intense. It’s a great mood booster for the beginning of the week and a stress-busting way to end the week! The staff at the Halifax location are amazing and the coaches Elaine, Janice and Abby are absolutely awesome!! They make the workouts fun and effing brutal, but effective. l love it!

What do you like about our workout?

I like the fact that it is a different workout every day... while using the same "format" of treadmill/rower/floor. I am willing to work hard in the gym but need to be given exercises to do for best results... OT delivers this every workout with a set plan and motivating coaches who push you to be the best you can be!!

What do you like about our workout?

The biggest differences that I like about OrangeTheory vs a typical gym are:

-I book my classes (cancellation fee if less than 8 hours before the class). This makes it so I consistently go to class especially when working out is no longer a habit. If I had a regular gym membership I would probably not go if I’m hungry or tired or don’t feel like it.

-Personal Trainer coaching and not the price of a one on one personal trainer.

-Quality science based workouts.

-When I started my legs got firmer than they had ever been ... with 3 workouts per week.

-All I have to do is show up, no thinking required (planning what I’m going to do once I show up).

-It’s addictive I actually enjoy it and miss it when I’m out of town or the studio is closed due to covid.

I enjoy coming to a gym early in the morning and being able to focus on the workout and start my day on a positive note.

I enjoy the 60 minute set up with three different stations. You do not be bored aNd the workout is always different.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that the workout is different every day. I’ve been a gym goer my whole life but this is so different. You don’t need a plan every time you go because the plan is done for you. You can be competitive with other class members but more importantly, you can be extremely competitive with yourself. The results translate into so many other aspects in life. I’ve played hockey for 30 years and I’ve never been in the shape I am now on the ice. Just more energy overall! Also finding a huge difference in my long distance running!
