I like the push & motivation and direction the Coaches give. There is no judgement and everyone can work at their level of fitness goals. I also like the friendly Front Desk staff. I like that there are multiple times slots available for working out that accommodates the various schedules of members. I like the floor exercises which give me just enough weight lifting and strengthening but not intimidating at all. I feel so good after working out.I such a major stress relief. I am look forward to going to each workout session! Way To Go OTF!!! Keep up the great work!
The results and the after workout stamina . After my workout I’m happy and I can finish the day with a lot of energy . The coaches are outstanding very profesional and the music is great. It motivates me to push myself to my limit and beyond - I can always do the “30 seconds” more. I would not do this unsupervised in a gym.

The workouts are strategic and planned in advance. I love the science behind the heart monitors and zones to achieve during the workouts. Great coaching!
That majority of the classes I take are intense and I can get between 2.5-3 miles on tread in a class, plus all the other things.

Not only do you get an amazing orange theory workout, but you are surrounded by amazing, supportive staff, wonderful members, and a great general environment.
There's people to keep you accountable if you need it. And no one judges you no matter how much you're doing, how hard you go, fast you run, etc.
I am not a gym/work out person in my adulthood and feel completely at home here to go hard, or chill, or anywhere in between.

I love that I can come to Orange Theory anytime of day and get the same workout. I don't have to choose a specific time for the workout I need. There have been times where I needed a 5AM workout and other days where I needed the 645PM.
It is also great that I know I will work hard for an hour. When I used to go to the gym alone, I would often scroll on my phone and waste time. At Orange Theory, there are no distractions. You also don't have to worry about keeping an eye on the clock because the coaches will get you out of there on time.
I love the variety in the workouts, mixing cardio and strength. I also love challenging myself to work on better heart rate recovery. After going to my gym for over 2 years, I have seen a great improvement in my heart rate recovery which lets me know that my heart is healthier than when I started.
I like the variety and that everyone can go at the pace that is challenging for THEM.
It’s a different workout every single day, and I don’t have to put any thought into varying things up to get a great workout. It is always challenging and I always walk out of there so happy I did it.
The workouts are great! They are fun and the best way to burn the most calories in just an hour.
I love the workout. I don't like the way OTF nickel and dimes its customers. The premier members should be able to borrow a heart rate monitor once in a while free of charge. They should also be able to use the Body Comp. machine free of charge once every 3 months or so. There should be some advantages to being loyal to the gym. I love the coaches and the workouts, just think that we pay enough!
I like that the classes are coached and that they have strength training and cardio.
