What do you like about our workout?

I love that the hardest part is showing up to class! The coach instructs you on every part of the workout, including form and modifications on the floor as well as speeds and inclines on the treadmill. I really like that my heart rate data is always available so that I can adjust my effort as necessary. The coaches are very encouraging and do a great job at keeping you safe and helping you to do your best!

Coach Whitney was wonderful and really accommodating/understanding/helpful during my first class back after a Last name removed injury/recovery.

From a studio perspective, and I did not dock off for this, but please take note (action): the showers are gross. Water gets all over the floor so much so that the floor was wet-- and had hair on the floor--from the previous class/user.

What do you like about our workout?

Great experience so far, and excited to get onto the regular training schedule. Love the workout space and the trainers. Front desk staff are friendly. Only complaint is the gendered bathrooms. Given that both restrooms are single stall, there is no reason to gender them. It makes the space seem unwelcoming and divisive.

That I have to sign up ahead of time. That the workout can be modified for your fitness level. That the trainer I have had (Will) checks in on us during the workout - he isn’t just calling out the instructions. He is juggling with dancing backwards in heels! Front desk is super helpful. Also it’s a good location for me.

I love the variety of each workout. Everything only lasts a few minutes which makes everything seem doable! I love that the coaches are there to push you but also help you improve your form to get a better workout!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it is high-intensity and you can count on always having a great workout where you can give your all. There are modifications for times you need it and yet you are encouraged to challenge yourself as well. I love when the coach yells, "This is supposed to be hard - it is OK!"

It is clean (in part probably because it is a brand new studio) and organized and the app and website are easy to use. I love getting the data report emailed after each workout, and the snapshot at the end of class too. The gifs of the floor exercises are amazing - if I didn't have those, I would be lost.

Overall, it just seems like everything you need to have a phenomenal workout is in that room!

I like that it's fast, we are guided the entire time, you do not have to think about what you're doing next, the music is loud and the coaches really inspire you to keep pushing.
