I love the energy in the room, everyone is there for a common goal, and we get to crush it together. The coaches are so motivating, and make you feel like an individual. They push you when they know you can do more, and celebrate the victories. Orange Theory has become a second family, it’s the only working out I don’t dread, I actually dread the days I can’t go.

The coaches are amazing. I could do these workouts at my own gym since everyone posts the workouts online but always come because I like them so much and they hold me accountable.

People are very supportive make you feel like they want to see you back everyday, workout is disciplined and balanced something different each day to keep you interested, and group atmosphere makes you work to your personal potential. Its no joke, if you want to get in shape and circuit train all muscle groups. Heart monitor gives you instant feedback and the app allows you to track you progress week to week.

What do you like about our workout?

I liked everything about it honestly. It’s a very intense and torturous workout. But I’m addicted to that. This fits me better than CrossFit did to be honest. Looking forward to many more sessions!!

It's so easy to track and see improvement. I always leave feeling like I have had a fantastic workout. Also, I love that the workouts are intense enough that I can't think about work during them - so I actually find the workouts to be quite relaxing as well!

What do you like about our workout?

I would definitely recommend OTF to anyone at any age or fitness level. Most people think working out is for young people or people that are in halfway decent shape. Trust me when I tell you, regardless of how you start, OTF will change your life, your health, and your fitness level. Most importantly, the staff is simply amazing. They are extremely helpful with great attitudes each and every day. You will not be disappointed!!!

I like the full body workout with just enough cardio, and ever- changing programs – all moving in all planes of motion. I also appreciate the balance of personal attention with anonymity.
