Orange Theory is a great place to get in shape. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and really want you to do your best.

I like the guided workouts and that the workouts are consistent regardless of who the trainer is. I feel like the workouts are a good balance of cardio and weights.
This workout was harder than any class I have done at the Southpoint location. Which was great! but I like the layout of the Durham studio better, it is more open.
The coaches are great and encouraging! The workouts are varied and always a butt-kicker. I would never push myself like that at the gym.
The workouts are tough but everyone is encouraging and supportive - from the moment you walk in the door up until you head back to the car. The coaches are there to cheer for you, push you or remind you to breathe and show you modifications - whatever you need. I worried about not fitting in and not being in shape enough to keep up but everyone is working hard and NOBODY cared that I was so out of shape. I love that it's something different everyday. The best part is the sense of accomplishment when I get to the end!
Fun, high intensity work out. Kicks my butt for an hour then I'm done. What typically takes two hours to do in the gym yourself only takes an hour at OTF. I love how the trainers motivate and keep you accountable.
Great workout that is always new and exciting. I wish some coaches turned the music up a little louder as it’s extra motivating but so far very happy with OTF-MacGregor.

This studio is great. The front desk was very helpful and kind. The teacher was very attentive to everyone and her energy was great. The studio was clean and very well maintained. I have been to many studios all over the country and can say this is one of my favorite studios I have visited.
It was totally awesome & amazing! It was a total body workout that challenged me & forced me to push harder. These type of workouts provide excellent conditioning for your total body.
The music is too loud. I feel like I need earplugs.

I thoroughly enjoyed my workout at Orangetheory Fitness at Falls Village. I appreciated everything from the walk through of the sales process, the explanation of each exercise, and the workout summary at the end of the class. The workout was challenging and fun for all fitness levels. I was truly impressed with Kaitlyn's ability to lead and her attention to detail. This made me feel very comfortable and left me recommending Kaitlyn's class and Orangetheory to a few friends.

I think it's a nice mix of strength and cardio. The studio is clean and the music is good. It's great seeing being able to assess your performance via the heart rate monitor!
