I loved how the workout had a block design, allowing my workout to be more efficient. I also really enjoyed using the heart rate monitor. Seeing my heart rate, as well as tracking splat points, is a ton of fun!

I love how easy it is to schedule classes. The staff is very responsive to emails and texts. I love the coaches (Michelle is AWESOME! Been loving having her at our studio!) the music is great.
The workout itself is fun and never gets boring. I love how great I feel after I work out.

Spacious enough. Uber-friendly staff. And most importantly, your coaches take the time to explain what is going to happen and they explain again throughout their coaching. Also appreciate the help w/form, accommodations. Form is everything to optimize your workout and avoid injury.

OFT is designed to keep you motivated and accountable. The app is helpful when signing up for classes. The hour workout is always challenging. The staff is friendly, and the coaches are encouraging and helpful. The workouts keep you engaged, and the workouts are never the same.

I hit studios all over the country because of the nature of my job, this one is easily one of my favorites. Val is a great coach and the staff are super friendly. Always look forward to Greensboro trips.

I can get a full body workout in 60 minutes, I don't have to think about it, and it is different every time.

What do you like about our workout?

It is always a great and hard workout. I do wish for a couple of things that we used to have that have changed...I used to come to the 7am and it was a 3G workout. Now, it is always a 2G and I don't get as good of a workout in a 2G. This forces me to go to the 6am class or be unfulfilled in the 7am class. I would like to see you bring some 3G options back to the 7am workout...maybe on some of the days (M, W, F). Also, I would love to see more variation in coaching at the morning classes. I really miss Corey as he would push us, knew our speeds and would give us rowing targets. Kailey is good and i have her on Friday but the rest of the days, I mostly have Nick who is not terribly dynamic or easy to understand.

I love you guys and want you to continue to be awesome. The new studio refresh looks great. Thanks for investing.
