I like showing up knowing I’ll get an efficient, fun workout scaled to my fitness level without having to put a lot of thought in it myself.

I also like the class schedule. You offer a 7:10 class on the weekends and the Tread 50 at that time. Also, you offer the tread 50 at 4:15 which fits my schedule better.

I love the Intensity and variety of the templates, and the coaches are always motivating and inspiring - my studio is blessed with amazing coaches! Love that I never have to plan or think about my workouts like I used to - I just listen for the coach’s voice and follow and burn between 550-650+ calories for a 60 min class.. I’m in a well-paid senior level corporate job but people tell me I should work for OTF, because I am an evangelist and always talking to others about the benefits and why they should consider at least trying an OTF workout once - no matter the fitness level or age. I see everything from just starting out to stellar athletic shape, in addition to ages of teenagers with parents to people in their 70’s. It’s all about competing with yourself and being motivated by watching your progress. It’s rare you can find a workout that can accommodate so many.
We get a variety of different workouts that involve cardio and weights. You also have a choice of doing only weights or only treadmill runs.
The variety of workouts, the attention, energy and music of all and every single one of the coaches, the challenges. A workout is never the same even with the challenges.

Orangetheory Fitness Pasadena is fantastic, it's been a true game-changer for my health! The workouts are engaging and easily adapt to all fitness levels. The business model eliminates the need to plan for what the workout will be that day, you show up and are guided through a great workout. The template designers are truly experts in what they do and are able to create interesting workouts that target different muscle groups throughout the week.
While the workouts are fun and effective, the staff at the Pasadena location is really what makes this gym so special. The coaches and front desk sales associates are the best out of any location I have visited. They always greet everyone with a smile and get to know little details about members that make us feel how important we are to them. I encourage everyone to check out OTF Pasadena, it truly can be life-changing!
This science based exercise is exactly what I need for my age. Couple that with very motivating coaches (Mike and Jodie are simply great) and you have great reason to do something good for yourself.
