Effective, fun, quick, motivating and challenging. Best overall workout ever. Great for all fitness levels. Being able to track my progress by heart rate tracking and fun challenges to sign up for keeps me engaged and excited to show up for class.
It’s always something different which keeps it interesting, the coaches are very motivating and they take the time to learn your name, and it’s challenging without being gym bro central.
The workouts are fast paced and energetic. I go in to each session knowing that my mind is clear to focus on doing a good job because the workouts are already pre-planned. All I have to do is show up, listen, and finish the session!
All the coaches (Dara and Michelle) are AWESOME! I love hearing them calling out and motivating everyone during our workouts.

Everything is done within an hour. I don't have to plan any work out. Just focused in booking it and arrive to the gym.
No planning for what needs to be done during a work out. Just show up and follow couch's instructions. They got it all taken care off for you.

Great workout. Working out with others helps motivate me and push myself. Workouts change a lot so you don't get bored. I also like the ability to track my progress and she how I my strength is improving over time.

I’m a huge fan of OTF! The instructors are great! They have hours that work around my work schedule. The facility is always clean and the team at the front desk is engaged with the OTF members. There’s a good vibe there.
