Options for the older clientele. Foot issues and ALL coaches modify for me. I love lift classes because doctor telling me I need to lift 3-4 x’s week. Gives me option to go here. I have been on the Strider vs treadmill and having fun. I have made friends with others in their 50’s and 60’s and we meet up for classes. Supportive and fun atmosphere. My younger counterparts encourage me too! Well run and clean facility.
Great community of people taking the class. Neil is an awesome trainer.

Absolutely love the staff - Jess up front is always there with a smile to greet you and chat, Jodie is everything I need to stay motivated a from the music to the form tips to keeping me on track towards my goals. The new coaches are great too! The community these folks are building is more than you get from any other gym membership and it will be the motivation you need when the alarm goes off at 4:30 am!!
Awesome workout! The coaches are fantastic.
One recommendation: what usually get someone interested in continuing is their base scores (weight and body composition) not being ideal. With this, we look forward to seeing how we are doing after a month or so.
To find that there is a $25 charge for this was disappointing.
To see improvement here is what will keep someone solidly in your plan. Motivate them by showing them their improvement. Charging for this does the opposite!

Friendliness of front desk staff. Solid coaches who encourage clients to work their hardest. Amber is the best coach at this location. Kyle is second. Adam is learning.
The variety of the workouts makes OTF overall the best daily workout. Focuses on different muscle groups to build a stronger me for now and when I’m older.
Variety, novelty, total body-more challenges and speciality work outs like capture the flag, Run for distance benchmarks etc

Great coaches and location. I’ve been going to orange theory for about a year and my experience has been fantastic!
Oh my goodness. I am so impressed with this whole experience. I have had a trainer consistently since 2010 and quit when my sister died of breast cancer and COVID hit in 2020. I have a gym at home, but just haven’t had the motivation to do what I need to do…I tried an online trainer and that just didn’t work for me. I’m not sure how I came to the decision, but wanted to try a class. I got there early and talked with Brianna, answering the questions…I reached a point in our conversation where my emotions simply overwhelmed me and I wept. I did group training at 24 hour fitness with my sister for 3 years up until 2019 and I loved the group aspect. Brianna explained everything so perfectly, I couldn’t wait to begin! I met Coach Abby and Coach Courtney and they are AMAZING!! I caught on pretty quickly and I loved the strength training and the animations of the exercises. I also love that you can go at your own pace and select how much weight you want to use! So perfect! I also love how they give you the little towel to wipe everything down. I REALLY love the treadmills…they are so fabulously bouncy and seeing my numbers on the little screen so was impressive!! Then on to the rowing, wow. Now that I know how to do it right (lol) I *love* it!! I had an incredible experience and I am so thrilled to get better! Oh and I loved the loud music and the stretching at the end. Everyone on the Staff was so welcoming and professional. You guys are doing this right. Thank you for all of the thought (and tech!!) that you have put into this experience. I look forward to reaching my goal (lose this COVID weight so that I can wear cute clothes, shallow I know lol). I’m also happy that I can go to locations across the country, that is fabulous! Here we go!! ❤️
