I like the variety and the strength training. I've been going to a lot of Lift 45 classes lately since i tweaked my knee last year. Because of the pace, I still feel like I'm getting some cardio out of it. Highly recommend this to anyone!

For me, it’s that the workouts are structured. That’s what I really need to stay energized and motivated. The coaches are very encouraging and the music is energizing!!!! Throw in an impromptu dance party and class is complete!!!!

I love the environment, the music, and the motivation that the coaches give the members.
The intensity and coordination from the instructor keeps me going. Seeing other people doing the same thing is also a key motivation to make you go at a similar or better pace.
How fast it goes and how many calories I burn in an hour!!
I like that there's a combination of cardio and strengthening. I also like the coaches. They pay attention to the customers and are ready to help you or correct you if you are not doing something well.
That I don’t have to figure it out. I can go get a great workout and move on with my day.
