What do you like about our workout?

I love OTF Webster, let me count the ways...
1. The coaches are dedicated and take the time to get to know us-some people need pushed, other need validated, others need corrected, it’s about balance.
2. The sales associates are friendly and attentive to our arrivals/needs/keeping the facility nice and clean.
3. The workouts are never the same and I leave feeling like I put in work.
4. Whatever your fitness level-OTF Webster coach’s can accommodate your needs. Plus the cool thing is if you stick with it, you may even be able to stop modifying.
5. Fun promos/ contests/ themed days, bring a little flair to the workout.
6. You start to build relationships with the people you are routinely in the same classes with, which is nice because it’s friendly competition as well as good pep talks.
7. They offer a company $10 discount with a business card/company ID.
8. The classes/coaches/members encourage each other to push themselves.
9. The app makes it easy to sign up and cancel classes-the app continues to improve.
10. It’s essentially the best hour of your day.
11. At the end of the workout (if your wear a heart rate monitor) they send a printout of your splat point, average heart rate and calories burned which is super satisfying.
12. The company is growing and opening locations all over the place so you can find a location on the go for work.
Soooo that’s 12 splat love points for OTF Webster.

The coaches are great and push me. I don’t have to think about going into a gym and coming up with a workout. I feel I get the best full bodied workout that I have had since I was a college athlete.

OTF is the best workout! Everyday is a new workout and has a different area of focus. The coaches are super motivational and the front desk staff is so welcoming. The sense of community from OTF is just icing on the cake!

What do you like about our workout?

I would highly recommend OTF Fairfield to anyone looking for a great place to exercise. I love the constantly changing workouts plus the coaches that are there to motivate you every step of the way. And the fact that you are in and out in one hour is a huge plus.

I love how efficiently we combine cardio intervals with strength. The heart zone training is very motivating and gives a tangible goal throughout the workout.

Great workout, trainers have been well prepared, front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that it is too crowded, hard to get into the early morning classes.

What do you like about our workout?

It is a great 60 min workout! I enjoy the diversification of the workouts! I appreciate the addition of the stretching at the end which I believe is important to your muscles after going thru the workout! I used to workout on my own and gave serious thought to hiring a personal trainer, however Orangetheory has been the answer to this question regarding my workout regiment! I am very pleased with the results to my health both physically and mentally due to my time with Orangetheory!
