Orange theory workouts proved the benefits of a personal trainer in a group led session without the additional cost. I enjoy the enthusiasm of all the coaches, the variety of the workouts (never the same), and the comradery of everyone that I see in my classes at each session. Lots of different workout style in one hour. Not entirely machine based workout. Water Rower is my personal favourite. The workout is different every day.
