The hour “flys by”. I like the stations aspect so you don’t have time to get “bored” executing the same exercise. Everyone is extremely friendly as well and the atmosphere is positive.

For someone who hated running, I have grown to really enjoy the treadmill portion of class. The workouts are always challenges but the instructors are motivating. The versatility of the workouts keep me coming back and have made me a stronger athlete. There is a camaraderie within the studio(especially the early morning crew!) and I leave feeling proud of myself for giving it my all.

I like the music, positivity, and the tracking of stats. The staff is also very nice and positive and I appreciate that they’re flexible if I need to move to a later class.
- Cardio and strength in 1 hour, 3x/week,
- Encouragement and correction on form limits chance of getting hurt,
- charge you if you don’t come, which is a good motivation,
- but if you call in at last minute bc you are genuinely ill or off, not held against you and no charge. Appreciate the reasonableness

A few of the things I like most about the Orangetheory workouts is that anyone can do them. You may have to do alternative moves based on any orthopedic issues, age, or just how you feel that day but not only do the coaches give you those alternatives, they will work with you individually on what you personally can do. I this point, I know all my options based on my personal fitness. I am older, have arthritis and bad knees. If i can do it, anyone can!
Every workout is different, all muscle groups are being challenged. I would not want to go on a treadmill or rower on my own. Playlist helps a lot to get through the workout. Plenty of classes available weekdays and on weekends. Coaches and stuff are very friendly and helpful
