I like that it's never the same workout twice. Sometimes there's a little TOO much variety (trying a little too hard to shake things up) but it's always an efficient use of that hour. I love the coaches at Point Loma!

I like that it is a high intensity heart rate based workout that works on different body parts. It’s just the right amount at 1 hour. My favorite part is that each class is run by a coach. I feel like I push myself harder if someone is telling what to do and motivating me to push myself harder.

Love the coaches and front desk “hospitality” staff. Have a different workout everyday is great to keep it fresh. It would be a ‘10’ if the cost was more reasonable.

Trainers & being able to watch progress
I love the classes and the instructors are great. My favorite is the heart rate monitoring during class which motivates me to work harder and the report I get at the end of my workout.
