LOVE my OTF workouts!! Firstly, all the coaches are superb. My mornings with Coach Christian pack an energetic punch before I head to my own job. Coach Christian is incredibly enthusiastic, supportive, super articulate! The music is great! Most importantly, the circuit of stations--rower, treadmill, and floor weight routines--offer a great fun variety every single day!! The science of "muscle confusion"--working different muscle groups all the time--makes my body very happy, strong, and flexible. And my heart pumps with joy! The heart monitor is fantastic and easy to use: I love watching in real time how many SPLAT points I can accumulate. OTF Mission Valley classes rock! The staff behind the desk and in the studio are utmost pros: They nurture AND kick my butt!!

The workouts are better now that the strength portion is more equal time with the cardio. By offering approx 6 strength exercises allows us to get in 3 sets of each move! Nice change Otf!!

The hours that classes are available are convenient for my schedule. And I like that I can walk into a gym and not have to think about what I need to work on, I know I’ll have a full hour of a great workout, no minutes wasted.

It feels like I have my own personal trainer and cheerleader. The people in my class are so friendly that you eventually develop your own support system and accountability gym buddies. Coach Lauren is always challenging me to go heavier on my weights and coach Michelle doesn't let me stop running on the treads. They both are always keeping my form in check too.

Had a great first time visit at OTF Carmel Valley while visiting my daughter in San Diego. I loved this studio and the coach, Matt. I will definitely make this my studio to go to when I am back for visits.
