High calorie burn, varied workouts, great coaches!
I burn as many calories in a hour that usually takes me 2+ hours in the gym to burn. Each workout has strength training and cardio in it, so I get everything I need in that one hour. Coaches have high energy and that keeps me motivated to push through the workout. Great environment!

The instructors are great. I most often take Jonathan’s class and he is so engaging, knowledgeable and motivating in a way that suits each individual’s personal needs. I recently had an injury that kept me away from
classes for a few months. Both Jonathan and Brea (spelling ?) reached out to check on me and monitored my progress. I felt they genuinely cared about my well being.
I’ve been in all kinds of exercise classes - boot camp, Zumba, swim aerobics, spinning, LA Fitness, the Y and several others. 🍑 Theory Sandy Plains is by far the best program in all categories - staff and instructors, motivation, convenience, technology, ease of commitment for members and feedback to members.

Every day is different, coaches are super supportive
I like the coaches. Tony is one of the coaches and he is super happy and very enthusiastic. I just love his spirit and he guides/ motivates you very well throughout your workout. I am very pleased with every aspect of my OT experience. I only regret not joining sooner.
Professional and friendly staff, always helpful, appropriately correcting and improving our form, everyone seems genuinely interested in our improvement. Workouts are challenging and give a great sense of accomplishment. I did not regularly exercise until OTF

The OT workouts vary and you always know you are going to be challenged.
There's enough energy that I wanted to push myself without too much pressure.
The intensity
Gym is great, the people are great. Getting used to the new coach Andrew. His music is a bit to Hip Hop for me... maybe just mix in a few other Genres?
