I liked the size of your facility and the trainer was good.
It's different every day and can fit any athletic ability. I have lots of old injuries and the coaches modify everything so I dont get hurt. I also love the fact that the workouts seem to fly by since you are constantly changing things up.

I feel like I always get a full body workout without having to plan it out myself. I also love keeping an eye on my heart rate during the workout. It's really helpful and encouraging to see my progress!

Efficient workout and sort of fun.
I like that I just show up and get an amazing workout without having to thing about anything but what the instructor calls out. I always leave knowing I have my workout in for the day and feel great that I have done it!
