As a former team sport athlete, Orangetheory fills in the void of competing while providing varied workouts allowing myself to see how far I can push, keeping the athlete in me alive. What I enjoy most about the workout is the atmosphere, coach's energy, and various class times offered. I'm glad I decided to add Orangetheory to my weekly workouts. Keeps me feeling alive and young ;)

I like the guided workout, better than wandering around a gym. I would like a different music selection sometimes though, some of us are a little older and hip-hop is not our style. When I visited a location in Florida they incorporated a lot of Rock into their music.

Total body workout every day 💕
It's concise. One hour - you get cardio, row and weight/floor. And you are done. And you don't have to think about what to do. The instructors really "instruct"....they tell you exactly what you need to do - and if you need a modification - they have excellent recommendations. I hated working out, and honestly there are still days that i drag myself to the gym....but i really do enjoy the OTF workout. And the staff and Bedminster are warm, professional and very encouraging.

The coaches are great, the music and attitudes of other members are upbeat, and the workouts stay interesting because they are always changing. I would recommend OTF to anyone looking to make a positive change in their life, the benefits are amazing!
Enthusiastic instructors, the time goes by fast.
I like that, for the most part, you don’t see the same workout twice. It’s a good balance of cardio (treads and rowers) and weights or just body weight exercises. I have never stuck to a “gym” workout for this long…going on 6 years. You don’t show up, stand around and wait for equipment to be available. It’s one hour…in and out. The best hour of my day. The coaches and all the staff at Flemington are the best, and I’ve been to other studios. They are consistent, knowledgeable and very friendly. You want a good workout, OTF Flemington is the place to go.
Every single workout is a great workout! The workouts manage to challenge your body each and every day! Love the energy of it as well as the coaches!

I recently completed my 200th class and counting. I've never pushed myself as hard as I do at OTF. The ability to track my own progress with the heart rate monitor during and after class with the OTF app is a real motivator for me. It keeps me accountable and I can see my progress. Also the coaches are the absolute BEST!
Orange Theory Fitness Hackensack has a great team of trainers and administrative assistants on staff. I highly recommend their fitness classes all around 3G, 2G and special trainings. Jeff, Andy, Brandon and the rest of instructors are super patient and attentive to everyone, beginners/ experienced, runners/ power walkers, rowers and weigh lifters/ floor exercise. Putting effort into every class would help you burn 500+ calories in one hour or less. The orange splat points is a great guide for burning calories, building tone, core and cardio strength. The sense of community exercising and training as a group and as an individual at different times of the class makes working out and exercising more dynamic, entertaining and exciting. The music during the class and the encouragement from the trainers is super important, valuable, helpful and motivating. Meeting short term goals in class: distance, rowing pace, wattage, split are great, quantitative goals to measure against and achieve. The feeling of accomplishment after every class will be one of the highlights of your day!
