I love my workouts. I like that I have never done the same class twice and I have been coming for 3 months. I love the growth and success that I have been able to achieve. I have increased my weights and I can run on the treadmill at a speed that is higher than I have done before. I am not a runner, but because it is for short bursts, I can do it! All of the trainers are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The other members are kind and supportive. I must love it to come out in the dark for the 6:15 a.m. classes, right?

You control the intensity and you can challenge yourself with lots of encouragement from the coach.
First time taking one of the strength classes and was a great workout. Definitely felt it! A nice change up from the HIIT workouts and will be taking more in the future.
