Eric is the only reason why I force myself to get out of bed that early.

Hate working out… LOVE Orangetheory. Such a manageable (yet hard!) workout. There’s a balance between having independence in the workout yet being a part of a group that is amazing.

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are fantastic! It's the perfect mix of cardio, weights and body-weight strength training all in 1 hour, with great music and energetic trainers to keep you moving. Every class is different! After a class or two you get the rhythm and flow of things, and can really focus. This is a great way to workout without getting bored or wondering what to do and when. It's really the best of a gym workout in one studio. So glad I finally took the plunge and joined!

I would highly recommend orange theory to my friends and family if they would consider keeping the 90 minute Sunday class.
This year was crazy and everyone has pivoted and this class is amazing and I appreciate being able to take it. I take 2 -45 minute classes on Saturday to get the same results.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the setup with 3 different station. I have never used a rower and learned move with weights. Music is great, weight stations are fully stocked!

Love the coaches. It’s important that I’m corrected if doing something wrong. Today was an ah ha moment Sam said row 10 & 2. I was never trained to row so I appreciate her correction. Most importantly I would never get a n awesome workout if I was going to a regular gym. Thanks for all you do, great staff.

I went to another OTF location and can say, with confidence, that Ramsey is the best by a MILE. From the kind front desk staff, to coaches who know you by name and personalize a workout to your needs, to the clean environment, this location is the best! All staff members go above and beyond to make your experience great. Ramsey OTF should be the gold standard.

All I have to do is show up. The trainer guides us through different workouts without me having to think about what to do next.

But also if there is an exercise I cannot do, they always have alternate options
