Very challenging
The workouts are great! Perfect mix of cardio and strength with a fun environment.
You always see similar exercises that you know and doing them in different routines is why I keep coming back. I also like the timing of the workouts, 60 mins is exactly the amount of commitment I am looking for when working out.
Workout is always balanced. Alternative floor exercises are presented. Coaches are wonderful-each and every one!
Every class is different and unique so you don't get bored. Classes go fast and a lot of good energy in the room. Coaches are excellent and passionate about their job, which is a clear indicator as almost all the classes are at full capacity.

The variety
Very energizing and gives you optimism for future health goals. The team are very welcoming and inclusive no matter what stage of your exercise and age journey you are at. Could not recommend them highly enough!

Our couches are amazing
I see a 10 up top, but I rated this studio as a 6. It is very crowded compared to my home studio and therefore mostly 3G classes. I prefer 2G's. The instructors are nice but do not know anyone's name. My studio is much more personal and coaches and staff know your name and call you out during workouts. This studio had more lockers which was good and the water pressure was better. Lastly I do not like your treds at all. I am assuming that they are newer than my home studio. They are much more difficult to manipulate the incline and the speed being on the bottom, I had a hard time getting the buttons to function. My treds have this function running up the sides and they seem much more sensitive and therefore easier to adjust my incline and speed. I also found that the piece right in front of you that serves as a tray to put your phone, towel, water, etc. is cumbersome and in my way. What I do like about this studio is there are more late morning classes, studio is clean except soap pumps needed to be filled or fixed.
Always a great workout, and all of the coaches are wonderful! I look forward to every class =)

I’ve been going to Orange Theory for 2 years and I still love these workouts. There are challenges and benchmarks all year around to keep you invested, and accountable. Everyone is working hard around you and it makes you do the same and give it your all! Great vibes!!

The diversity
OrangeTheory workouts are innovative and daily change the focus, pace and type of exercises utilized to achieve the class fitness goals. If you are motivated by metrics and analytics-it is all there for you in real time. The class atmosphere is high energy and encourages you to push yourself at your own pace. Benchmarks and challenges are by choice and have proven to be very motivational for me. Just having the ability to compete against myself, hold myself accountable and to see what I can achieve has been an extremely positive part of my experience.
All fitness levels are welcome. Exercises are modified or intensified by expert coaches for each member's needs. Classes are non-judgemental and friendly regardless of individual fitness level or experience. The coaches at OrangeTheory are highly educated in exercise physiology but are also experts in motivation and support. Our coaches somehow make the most grueling workouts fun. The feeling of accomplishment at the end of a class is indescribable.
