I really like how even though the workout is structured there is flexibility in how you approach it. You do you. Without the coaching I don’t think I’d still be a member.the instruction and the encouragement is what makes it special.I’m 69 years old and I feel comfortable working out next to people one third my age.

I attended Shannon's class in Algonquin, IL. I thought she was great. I enjoyed the workout.
I like that it is always a little different, and I don't have to spend time thinking about what I am going to do when I get to the gym. I also love the coaches. I would never work so hard on my own.
I'm motivated to get my 12 splat points! And I know that whenever I show up, even if I'm not feeling my best, I'm doing something good for my body.

I like how it goes by quickly and covers both strength and cardio. I like the music and the vibe! It’s not a “scene” like some health clubs and all different levels of fitness are welcome.

Very challenging & great instructors
When it comes to a scalable, yet challenging workout, great vibes and convenience, there is simply no comparison. The music is always pumpin' people are in a good mood, your coaches are there to support you. Its challenging whether you're a college athlete, or trying to get back into shape after not working out for a decade.
OrangeTheory Fitness in South Elgin is my favorite place to workout! I can get the absolute best workout in at 4:55 am. The front desk staff, the coaches and members are awesome! I'm in better shape at 47 than I was in my 30's. I'm never leaving.
I think it's a good all-round workout. I like the treadmill (I would never run on my own, but like to do it in class), the rower (using different muscles than other workouts) and the floor exercises.
They are challenging
I love not having to think about what to do next and being lead by great coaches. The class goes by so fast.
You get a little bit of everything in your workouts (cardio and weights), and every workout is different. The trainers get to know your personal needs, so they help adjust certain parts of the workout to fit those needs.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The trainers are helpful and make corrections to assure no injuries can occur.
Very exciting!!!! Music keeps you energetic!!!! The trainer my daughter and I had was AWESOMENESS!!!! Can't wait til my next class!!!! Orangetheory is truly home for me. I am 60 and was nervous about the intense workout but it sprung me to life!!!! I am looking forward to a new body and new me!!!
