It’s different every time

Mostly the STAFF, especially my favorite coach Erika! I absolutely love coming to her class! Her positive vibes and energy make working out fun! I would recommend this studio to anyone and everyone :)
Love the workouts. Very efficient. Instructors are amazing and fun.
Do not like that we have to wait outside studio until 1 minute before class now. Takes away our time to stretch and warmup.

Great coaching staff
CrossFit is typically criticized for causing injury and hurting joints. People feel they don’t get the right form. At Orangetheory, this is not true. The workouts are not load bearing and the coaches are always open to help. Love it here.

The coaches, staff, vibe and environment is really excellent. The HB location creates an environment where you can workout, sweat and want to come back again and again. Been a member for over 5 years and love it there!! Highly recommended.

The circuit training and atmosphere
I love how it is full body and how it is split in half: cardio and then weights. At other gyms, I struggle to keep going during cardio and I struggle to get my heart rate up, but not at OTF
Go at your own pace. The coaching, feels as if I have personal trainer with me, it’s great!
I love that each class is slightly different so that I don't get bored. I also love the coaches!! They are amazing, supportive, and let you have your "own workout"--- so if one day I'm not as energetic as another, it doesn't matter! It's just great that I came in and did something. I also like that each block is broken up into small sections. This way I stay motived to finish. I am addicted! BTW- I came in to Orange Theory to get in better shape and get stronger. However, I have also lost 5 lbs and 4 inches off my waist!! That is a BONUS!
It's an all body workout. I like the visual of the board and seeing the progress. I like no one is yelling like a bootcamp class but there is still encouragement to challenge yourself.
