Can not say enough good things about the staff and trainers at OTF Orange. The staff that run the front desk are warm and welcoming and always ready to greet you with a smile. Sonali, Kailee, Marilyn, Hannah and Daniel always make you feel like you are part of the OTF family and always ready to help if you have a problem or a question. Orange also has some awesome Coach's. Mark, Jo and Quianna are masters of their craft. Mark and Quianna are the coaches that make the Orange OTF home. They do a great job of motivating all of the members as they personally get to know what each person is capable of. Unfortunately, I can not recommend Kurtis at this time (hoping he just needs more time to figure it out).
As for the studio itself, it is always clean and the music is always pumping. Probably due for some new treads as the speeds and inclines are starting to vary greatly.
Thankful for my OTF fam. This place and these people have added a lot to my life.
It's easy to follow, time goes by fast, and it's a very positive setting. I feel the results of the workout in my body but I'm not too sore to go about my daily activities.

First visit I didn’t receive my email of results, I came back few months later to try again and everyone was so nice and wanted to help out. I ended up signing up for more classes to continue
It’s the most intense 1-hour workout I’ve ever done. I have never burned so many calories in so little time. I loved the intensity, the atmosphere, and everyone who works there is extremely friendly, encouraging, and helpful. I can’t wait to go back!

I love how everyday we are doing something different. Also, with the monitors in view I can push myself to get in the zones I should be. I love the instructors. They are friendly and they make sure I am doing the exercises correctly. Physically I have never felt better. I am stronger and my knees don't hurt and I feel more flexible. My bursitis seems to have disappeared. For years I could not sit cross legged and now I can. I think it is worth every penny. Actually, that is the other reason I make sure I go.
A complete work out with out thinking about it.
Variety, adjustability of difficulty level, actively engaged instructor... and best of all, I don’t have to think about planning my workouts!
I had moved away from an Orange Theory, and am glad to be near one again. While I no longer live next door to my Orange Theory location, it’s definitely worth the drive. The staff at the Orange location are delightful!

I work out harder at OTF than I would on my own. I love the energy of the group setting. I also feel like I get plenty of individual attention from my coach.
I like the variety and structure of it, as well as the ability to see heart rate data. It's hard for me to motivate myself to go to the gym, but Orangetheory makes it easy to keep coming back. I feel good after all my workouts and that is enough to keep going!
The rotation of the stations.
The energy and enthusiasm of the group orchestrated by Kory keeps it fun and encourages the participants to give it their all. The variety of activities also keeps it from repetitive and boring.
The staff is very friendly, helpful, and encouraging. I was worried about feeling intimidated at my first workout but it was completely the opppsite. It was a great challenging workout but I liked being able to go at my own pace. The hour went by quickly and I felt tired but energized afterward.
I love my coaches and all lovely staff, I used to hate to do any exercise, OTF changes me. I enjoy workout, it can train my body and mind.
Variety of workouts
I love the coaches and structured workouts. It’s alwags clean, smells good, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I like how it is planned and implemented by someone who knows what they are doing . I like how the workout incorporates free weights, rowing and the treadmill. A nice balance. Also the instructor and instruction was great!
It is the best all over body workout I have ever done! Orange Theory has also helped improve my 10k times!
Every workout is different and the coaches are so motivating! Love working with a group and I have met some really great people!
It pushes me harder than my other workouts, it’s great cardio and stregth in one hour.

I thought that it was a really good workout with variety, it seemed to go by quickly (which is always nice), the trainer (Andy?) was great and it was fun.

The intensity and challenge with yourself
EVERYTHING! This place isn’t awesome. Instructors are the best and motivate you to be the best. I go there and recommend the Orange Village center gym based solely on the instructors.
