I enjoy the different circuit trainings, switching between cardio and strength training. I like the team atmosphere and the active encouragement from the coaches. But most of all, I like that I'm motivated to come back every week.

I’ve yet to do the same workout twice, in almost two months. It is very fun and challenging. I recently hurt my knee and didn’t think I’d be able to get a good workout, but they offer different options other than running on the treadmills and I still get a fun, killer workout every time.
I love OTF because I can go at my own rate but I feel motivated to push through because others are working out next to me. After years of injury I'm getting back to tougher workouts and this allows me to push myself but I'm not worried about overdoing because I can easier control and modify any of the tougher moves. The instructors are so friendly and encouraging that I don't feel intimidated that I can't always keep up. I play tennis and do Pilates and this program fits in as the final piece of my fitness puzzle.
Best workout ever!!! Jonathan makes it fun and keeps the class moving and energized; this is a great way to start the day!!
Love the coaches and the consistency of a fun yet challenging workout! Every visit to OTF is a mystery workout which makes it that much more exciting.
The coaches are fantastic. It's the perfect amount of structure and the group environment gives extra motivation.

The weight lifting part. Sometimes it's too much cardio/running.
I hate cardio. OT is the only cardio program that I've been able to stick with. The variation during training classess, and the classes themselves, the training at your own level while in a class with all levels, the mutual support, the fantastic staff and coaches are all reasons that I'm sold and highly recommend Orange Theory.
In and out. In 1 hour I burn over 700 calories then I am done. Coaches and others are always pushing me to my limit. Love it.
Its something new every day and continues to push me to my limits
